Dulce de leche is a traditional Latin American cream made from milk and sugar. It is a spread product without artificial colorings or preservatives and with a high nutritional value, due to the amount of calcium it provides to our body. Dulce de Leche Clasico has a brown color, firm consistency and good cut. Suitable for filling and decorating pastry products. These are gluten-free products.
